Kestrelstar padded over setting her prey down then went automatically to the Stone Hill. She jumped up on it in a tremendous leap landing gracefully on top. Her voice rang around the camp clearing as she spoke the words. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath Stone Hill for a clan meeting,"

Berrykit poked her little masked face out of the nursery she should be about ready to become an apprentice. Pushed her small body out of the milk scented den she purred her blue optics looking up at kestrelstar as she sat on Stone hill. Laying down her creamy white fur glistened as her tail curled around the curve of her stomach, as the pretty little she-kit waited for the meeting to begin, sllighty pointed ear pirked and ready to listen.

"I have two announcements today, The first one is about some thing strange we saw while out hunting," Kestrelstar looked around the clan as they calmed down. "So if any one sees anything strange please report it to me or Duskheart," She concluded. "Also today we will make some one an apprentice," Kestrelstar looked down a the kit signaling for her to step forward.

Berrykit let out and excited squeak as she made her way to the front of the clearing. Siting down she turned fixing her gaze on her clan mates as she let out a soft purr of delight. I wonder who my mentor will be? she thought as her pelt pricked with excitement. Her paws shifting as she waited for the cerimony to continue.

Kestrelstar padded forward untill she was standing in front of the kit. "Today Berrykit shall become an apprentice," Her voice rang around the clearing as she started the ceremony. "From this day forward, until she has received her warrior name, Berrykit shall be known as Berrypaw, and her mentor shall be Jumperfoot," Kestrelstar finished the ceremony and all the cats cheered the new apprentices name.

Jumperfoot who was sitting in the front row of the clan smiled at the apprentice, His apprentice. trodding over to the new 'paw' he bent down and touched noses with Berrypaw. "I'm glad you are my apprentice, Berrypaw." Jumperfoot smiled at her happily. Sitting up again he let her enjoy her moment...

Wildnose heard everything from his den. He was buisy organizing the herbs. Once he was done he padded to the clearing and looked at one of the apprenitices. Its about time I had an apprentice. He thought before looking at his leader.

Jayheart had slept through the clan meeting not knowing about it especially after the long treak home the day before. She got up and stretched and yawned as Jumperfoot came in. "Whats going on," She asked looking toward the Warriors den entrance.
Kestrelstar jumped off the rock going into her den to think. I wonder what the two legs are up to and if any thing is effecting the other clans....

Jumperfoot came outside the den watching Plutokit(paw). he smiled as he thought of his new responsiblities as a mentor.
Mercuryheart watched his kin. He couldn't wait for his sister to get a mentor. I wonder if my other brothers and sisters got a mentor or an apprentice yet? Mercuryheart thought happily.
Plutokit jumped around Wildnose excited she knew her apprenticeship was due soon and she knew what she wanted to do..."Wildnose can i help you in the med. cat den. Please..please" Plutopaw begged sweetly her eyes large and round.

Plutokit raced over to the leader of Windclan. "Rippedstar can i help out wildnose in the med. cat den?" Plutokit stared at her sweetly adn held it there till she got an answer.

"So you want to be a medicine cat do you," Kestrelstar looked down at the kit sweetly. "Humm sure you could help Wildnose out he would probably be glad to have an apprentice," She answered. "He would have to plan the ceremony though, but you still have a little while tell you are apprenticed," She added.

Plutokit jumped in the air excited then seeing Wildnose calmed in an instant. "That would be great thanks." Plutokit walked over to Wildnose excited, "Krestalstar said yes. So when can i become your apprentice?" Plutokit was shaking from head to tail in excitement....
